The hotel is in a great location close to the promenade, the mall in front of the sea and an adjacent beach. Old-fashioned rooms need renovation, no insulation in the windows at night you hear noises and music from the promenade. At the beach there are not enough umbrellas for hotel guests. In total there were 6 umbrellas. Old-fashioned and slow elevators. Parking problem.

Was very nice, except for one thing, when I wanted to check out I called the lobby for a quarter of an hour and was not answered. I then called the call center and said I was asking for help with luggage and not answering at the front desk. I waited in the room for 40 minutes. And they did not come, I went down to the lobby and asked why they did not come, only then were they sent me help for suitcases.

Terrible parking problemIf I have already found parking it is very difficult to get to the hotel on foot

A hotel that provides a unique and exceptional service experience in every aspect. The food is also fine and of a high standard, as is the service provided by the hotel staff. All this over many years in which we choose to reach it when we vacation in Eilat.

The Dan Hotels is the oldest, most prestigious hotel chain in Israel. It was founded in June 1947, when two brothers, the late Yekutiel Federmann and the late Shmuel Federmann, purchased the Kate Dan, a 21-room ´pensione´ (boarding house) on the Tel Aviv seashore.
