There is a serious problem with the elevators, 2 elevators did not work, the third one was on Saturday mode, we found ourselves on the 13th floor waiting for a long, long time each time, unpleasant and not suitable for a 5plus hotel
Weak entertainment staff, fed up with the circus, annoying music in the pool, no seasonal fruit in the dining room and weak fur desserts. In addition and important, of all, if there was an exposed iron rod and my girl was hurt and a nail on a beautiful foot and the other one was really broken

Hello, I closed two adjoining rooms because I am with my children, as soon as we arrived at the hotel they did not give us adjoining rooms, but each separate non-adjoining room and we ended up getting rooms with a connecting door. There was excessive noise and it came out because of work on the floor above. The truth is the views were more but this is the truth.
