The rooms are dark. Understanding the desire for romance but also romantics need to shave, read or look for something in a suitcase. Must improve, otherwise the hotel is remembered as dark, which is a shame

The hotel is of a high standard ... but two things to improve 1. The mattress is too soft. I had a hard time sleeping in it at night.2. We requested a double mattress and we received separate mattresses, we found out late in the evening

In my opinion the staff is unprofessional, this is mainly reflected in the young and apparently unprofessional waiters and service people.

The service at the hotel is exceptional from the security guard at the entrance, Abel Boys and the reception staff, continuing with the pool staff and waiters to the dining room and lobby staff. Well done we enjoyed very much

In my opinion the coffee / tea stand in the room should be improved. More generously .. it is worthwhile to map the charming artefacts displayed throughout the hotel with the artist's name for example various ceramic works etc .. We really enjoyed the holiday

The pool was small and we could not go in and swim at a terrible density. It is worth noting the VP Eilat Shachar, Sharina and Michael who worked days and nights for the benefit of hotel guests.
