This is the tenth time I have booked at the hotel, with a group of five rooms. When we arrived there was one clerk in the lobby, it took me 40 minutes to get my room even though it was ready. The food standard is low
The location of the hotel and the design of the rooms facing the view is excellent, spectacular. But the service and the attitude towards the guest is very lacking. When ordering the meal, the reception did not answer telephone inquiries and hung up the line time and time again.
