We had a great time at the weekend. There is room for improvement in the cleanliness of the rooms and in addition in serving additional food throughout the meal because those who arrive shortly after the meal do not have much left.

The food needs a lot of improvement. On Friday, Saturday, we stayed at your place and the food, salad, cakes, cookies ran out and people wanted more, and it was not really a disgrace, and it's a shame that the hotel is very good, the staff is good

Value for money Hotel located on the sea Stunning view Spacious and beautiful room Very comfortable beds and this is important. The breakfast was poor and in need of improvement but other than that we had a great time and thank you. Smiling and courteous service

The rooms are spacious and beautiful, the cleanliness in the rooms is just fine, the service at the reception is very courteous although the checkin handling was quite slow and not because of congestion. Worst of all was the food. Not tasty at all, neither the salads nor the cooked food. Too bad for all the food products wasted in vain and I do not just aggravate. In addition the dining room smelled very unpleasant which gives a feeling of disgust. Friday lunch sucks pretty much. Urgent to replace chef and cooks

There is a need to instruct the staff in the dining room to be courteous and provide an appropriate response and not an answer. "This is what I am responsible for" and there is no other solution to the request.

First of all the staff was very nice and polite just no words. The floor of the room was dirty. We opened the sofa and it was full but full of dirt that we could not sit and use. We enjoyed it a lot and we will recommend to friends. But you will work harder on the cleaning because it is not suitable for a special staff that you have such an uncomfortable atmosphere and inappropriate comments

Excellent location, well maintained hotel. The price is a bit expensive. I think one of the nicest hotels in Netanya. Hotel4u's booking service is always as professional and courteous.

Excellent hotel. We enjoyed very much. Note: The cost of lunch and dinner in our view a very high 200 to 250 S``h were 7 adults 2 children and we expected a significant discount on meals and unfortunately we did not get.

Seder night was very bad. The food arrived late and cold. I have also sent a letter to the hotel and asking for compensation for the distress he was family. If you can help I would be happy.
