Hello, I closed two adjoining rooms because I am with my children, as soon as we arrived at the hotel they did not give us adjoining rooms, but each separate non-adjoining room and we ended up getting rooms with a connecting door. There was excessive noise and it came out because of work on the floor above. The truth is the views were more but this is the truth. I hope for quieter days and health for everyone and peace in the whole country, Amen. Thank you

We have visited this hotel several times and it seems that the level of maintenance has dropped greatly. The air conditioning was very noisy in the shower room, a very loud wind noise came in from the large windows, which impaired the ability to sleep properly. A very old-fashioned TV that is neither smart nor high-quality in the picture. Since the price was very attractive it made the survey a little easier.

Overall the hotel is very good. Small details: Sometimes there are no bowls near the porridge, small plates are missing near the stands of the last dishes. No fun noisy jobs in the rooms next to you but realize there is no choice. The fact that the towels are so thin is a bit jarring. Besides very good as stated

We asked and really got a high floor. We got a last floor and above them were all the operating machines of the hotel, including air conditioning and fans, vermouth and we could not fall asleep on our vacation, which actually turned from a rest holiday to a nightmare.

From the desire to improve the service, the hotel staff are a little nerdy, chasing you at breakfast to get the email to an opinion, coming to the room at night on a Friday night to bring a small watercafe into the room. Beyond that all the pool staff are just perfect, passing among the guests to distribute water, fruit, ice cream and other stuff for the guests. Rescuers patrol around the pool nonstop throughout the day and they really deserve the whole kit

Hotel in a good location. The food was excellent. Dining Room service is lacking. We did not like that placed us all very far away meals from the buffet table and we had to ask for a replacement. Very loved distributing water at the pool. For Shabbat lobby was very special, not encountered in any hotel. We enjoyed that total.

Overall fine hotel, but it is presented at a level of 5 stars as Royal Beach, Harrods or Dan Eilat and it's really not at the same level, not in terms of cleanliness, either in the pool is small and in terms of the service or the food. The price was relatively high in the eyes of my expectations of a 5 star hotel.
