I sent an email during my stay at the hotel and was detailed how uncomfortable I was with my family due to the renovation and noise that was and due to the lack of snacks that are customary to be in the protest all inclusive

אוכל טוב מתובל ורואים שלמישהוא איכפת מה אוכלים האורחים אבל...אוכל שאינו במידת החום הנכונה להגשה מאבד הרבה הרבה מטעמו וחבל כי בהחלט לשף ולצוות הטבחים היה מה לתת ואני גם הערתי להם על מידת החום של האוכל ואפילו פיתרון להגשה נכונה כאשר יש כמות גדולה של סועדים.אשמח לשיחה ממנהל ההסעדה.היות ובאמת חבל שאוכל טוב ואכותי יוגש קר או בינוני.תודה.

There was a pleasant hotel experience and good management and a satisfactory food variety, the staff was efficient and the atmosphere mostly of families with small children. The entertainment team is moving in our time, each day a different and enjoyable performance. The children were happy and danced. Needs improvement is the treatment of young people who play music and smoke near the children in the swimming pool staff and management must emphasize the enforcement of the ban on smoking in the pool and add signs on the subject.

Every word is superfluous ... Shpo is great for the hotel manager who was present every day at the hotel and confesses that everything is fine until the last breach

I stayed at the hotel with my partner, everything was good and it was only a pity they did not touch our room and the cleaners cleaned it once ... until we had to call and ask for at least new towels ... and to evacuate garbage

There was a terrible parking shortage .. A lot of time was spent on finding parking every time we left the hotel. In addition, the glass door of the shower barely opened and it just got out and it was hard to get out and get into the shower.

The terrible noise of children in the dining room passes the level of decibels allowed. In addition there are no sufficient shadow areas in the swimming pool

Housekeeping face. Always missing towels should call Lritzfsn bring. Dining accommodations. Always there is no room for parking. The hotel is very close to the beach and boardwalk.
