We would like to commend Alona, who sits at the reception desk with a warm and patient face, and responds with a smile and efficiency to any question and simply knows how to receive guests. I also wish to commend Ilana, the manager of the economy, who was not part of her work. She also showed human caring and tried to help when there was a parking problem. She also came out on the shift and also showed a loving and caring attitude, as if we were her guests. These two girls are welcoming and welcoming and this is the basis for a positive experience in hospitality. Please send our personal thanks to both of them

All in all, the hotel was excellent, but the window in the room was not sealed, and since it rained a lot of water came in and the floor was wet. Unfortunately, this did not allow us to enjoy the room in the best possible manner

We enjoyed the quiet and pleasant atmosphere in the hotel, its central location and excellent design. The staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We will definitely recommend to friends again
