A member of the Fatal club. Disappointed with the meals, the way of serving is not aesthetic, room: the marker in the shower is not working and splashes all over the space, the entrance door did not open a number of times we had to go up and down. All in all, an excellent location, food services at a very low level. Adah at the reception gave excellent service.
The service and comfort in the hotel are good, the room is absolutely pleasant. The whole issue of the food needs improvement, starting with the cleaning of the dishes, the eggs at breakfast, were not cooked properly and in some parts were soft and could not be peeled, with the yolk sticking out, indicating the aging of the egg. Unfortunately, due to this matter we will not return to the hotel because meals are an important part of the experience, especially since we paid NIS 2200 for 2 nights and expected to enjoy half board. In short, it was not pleasant to eat, other than that it was perfectly fine. Thank you Raha
Defective service in part. I asked for things that were missing in the room and they were given to me after 3 hours. It is also very strange that there is not a single drawer anywhere in the room. Not on the shelf by the bed, not in the closet, not on the table in the room.
I would like to mention Hagit, the manager of the hotel's naval relations, Hagit is a cordial and understanding professional, and thanks to her attitude towards the guest, our experience turned positive. Thank you very much, Hagit
Fattal
The Fattal Hotel Chain has raised the topic of disability access at its various hotels to the top of its agenda in Israel hotels. Hotel Rooms: Every hotel in the Fattal chain comes equipped with several rooms that are accessible to people with disabilities. These rooms enable smooth, effortless access to the lobby, dining room, and other hotel facilities. Rooms classified as accessible enable people in wheelchairs to move about their room with ease. Hotel Exterior:
The Fattal chain not only devotes attention to ensuring disability access inside its hotels, but has also made the exterior of its hotels accessible by maintaining handicapped parking spaces in convenient locations, building access ramps at the entrances of all hotels as well as in additional locations, and also by ensuring accessibility to open areas in the hotel vicinity by creating, for example, a sloped ramp leading down towards the beach and the pool. Spa: Guests with physical disabilities often opt to experience pampering health treatments at the spa. As a result, all spa and treatment rooms at Fattal hotels have been specially adapted for people with disabilities and are easily accessible.
The Fattal chain hotels located in Eilat, the Dead Sea, Tel Aviv, Jerusalem and northern Israel.
