If we ask for robes at the reception and we are told that it will come to the room and it does not arrive, it said something about the seriousness of the reception
I want to complain that on the shore of the Dead Sea you have to pay for chairs and deckchairs, I think the price for accommodation is appropriate so that you can get all this without extra charge. Hope you make a decision, thanks for your vacation
