The anti-slip carpet in the bathroom in room 507 should be replaced and also the curtain for the bath, it is full of dryness and really not respectable. The atmosphere in the dining room is excellent. We had a very nice time. The person in charge of the dining room gave excellent service, thank you for the hospitality
Hello, we enjoyed the hotel very much. The reservation on the website was for a room with a jacuzzi, including the photo you attached. The room you booked did not have a jacuzzi, but only a hot tub. This is not the same thing, and I would be happy to receive compensation. I would appreciate your consideration
